Here are the cleaners that we had an opportunity to hear from
EEE S2-B3 Auntie
She is new to NTU! It was the first week of work for Auntie when we interviewed her.
She lives with her loving husband and has a working adult son who is happily married.
She works hard to ensure that floor B3 is always in tip-top clean condition! Say hi to her if you meet her in EEE building:)
"The (cleaning) work is not easy as it seems. Students
are usually not aware of how hard it is because they are not the one doing it.
"
Block 18D Auntie
Auntie loves to prepare scrumptious meals in the hall kitchen. Even though Auntie's actual age is 70, we believe that she is still very much young at heart!
She works alongside with Uncle at Pioneer Hall.

Block 18 Outdoor Uncle
Uncle has been working in NTU hostels for a good 10 years!
Witnessing the lush "jungles" of NTU turning into "high-rise" hostel buildings. Uncle is a quinquagenarian! With a cheerful and bright spirit, he tidies and ensures that the outdoor area of the hostels are in pristine condition.
Block 18D Uncle
Uncle is a 70-year-old Singaporean, strong and able-bodied man. A grandfather and has 4 beautiful daughters.
With 20+ years of experience in the same field, Uncle is denoted as "super cleaner" in our eyes. Uncle is super optimistic and does not hesitate to share his wisdom with us.
